Solution introduction

DS2130 is equipped with XITC self-developed SATA master, adopts 128-layer 3D TLC flash memory particles, sequential read/write up to 550/410MBps, 4K random read/write up to 37,000/57,000 IOPS, and average downtime (MTBF) up to 2 million hours. DS2130 built-in 2K LDPC, RAID, ECC, SM/3/4 and other hardware-level data protection functions, can effectively prevent accidental data loss, data leakage, support anti-sulfide design and edge filling, can better adapt to extreme harsh environment; DS2130 has a P/E value of 60K under the wide temperature condition of -40°C~+85°C, which is twice the P/E value of similar products in the industry, and also has a very high TBW(16GB TBW can reach 400TB). The product form includes M.22242 and mSATA two sizes, and the capacity is covered from 4GB to 32GB. Industry-leading stability, reliability and compatibility.

Application case introduction

The DS2130 solid state storage solution has been applied in batches in the customer's X type BBU base station equipment, with an annual shipment of about 500K, and a cumulative stable supply of 2 years. The failure rate is less than 400ppm, which is far less than the customer's requirements for the product defect rate.

DS2130 solid state storage solution has been successfully imported into a customer's "intrusion detection equipment" with its characteristics of high stability, high reliability and long life. This device has high requirements on storage media. DS2130 meets many performance test requirements, and is selected by customers with advantages of stability, high speed and small form, replacing the original CF card solution. The annual shipment is about 200K.
